چکیده مقاله:
The main goal of the research is to analyze the effects of ethical leadership and organizational policies on individual and team creativity, focusing on the mediating role of knowledge concealment. The present research is a descriptive survey of correlation type and from the point of view of practical purpose. The statistical population of this research includes ۹۵۰ employees of government organizations in Euclid city. In this method, the sample size of ۲۷۰ employees of selected government organizations of Euclid city is considered. The sampling method is available and based on the rules of thumb in structural equation modeling. To measure the research variables, Kacmar and Carlson (۱۹۹۷) Organizational Policy Questionnaire, Bontis et al.'s Knowledge Hiding (۲۰۱۶), Torrance et al.'s Individual Creativity Questionnaire (۲۰۰۱) and Ralph's Team Creativity Questionnaire (۲۰۰۶) were used respectively. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed using the content validity method, and the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by the Cronbach's alpha method for the ethical leadership standard questionnaire (۰.۹۱), organizational policy questionnaire (۰.۸۲), knowledge concealment (۰.۷۸), and employee creativity questionnaire (۰.۸۴). ) and team creativity questionnaire (۰.۹۱) was calculated. Amos software was used to analyze the research data. The results of the research showed that ethical leadership has a significant effect on hiding knowledge. Organizational policy has a significant effect on knowledge hiding. Hiding knowledge has a significant effect on team creativity of employees. Hiding knowledge has a significant effect on the individual creativity of employees.
