چکیده مقاله:
Considering the psychological damage of people who grew up under welfare supervision and far from parental support, the present study was conducted with the aim of the effectiveness of self-monitoring techniques and writing therapy on psychological well-being and self-efficacy on adolescents under welfare supervision in Shiraz city. The method of this research was semi-experimental and with Pre-test and post-test were done with the control and follow-up group. In this research, ۴۵ adolescent girls were randomly selected in the summer of ۲۰۲۳ from among the girls under the care of Shiraz welfare and were placed in two experimental groups of fifteen and fifteen were assigned to the control group. The experimental groups before and after the intervention and in the follow-up phase using they were evaluated by Reef’s psychological well-being tests (PWBs) and Scherer's self-efficacy questionnaire.
