Background and purpose: ADHD, in addition to affecting students' concentration and persistence in school, also causes inappropriate behaviors that occur due to sensory processing disorders. The purpose of this study was to conduct a comprehensive and correct evaluation of the effectiveness of sensory diet treatment for ADHD children. Methodology: This study was a review research that, in order to find studies related to the research, search in the English databases google scholar, scupos, PubMed, ot seeker using the keywords sensory diet, sensory processing, ADHD, and the Persian SID (Scientific Information) database. Database) with the keywords of sensory diet, ADHD, sensory processing, and finally ۱۳ related studies were selected based on the inclusion criteria. Findings: According to the reviewed articles and documents, sensory diets by providing sensory-motor stimuli suitable to the students' sensory needs, helped to organize the mind, brain and body and increased attention, participation in daily activities, reduced tactile defensiveness, control Impulses and increased self-regulation of the body. Conclusion: In addition to providing the required sensory inputs for students, the sensory diet also provides the appropriate form of sensory inputs to maximize functional results and overall comfort and can minimize the challenges of ADHD and Open the way for creativity, social skills and problem solving.
