چکیده مقاله:

In every corner of the world, young children are learning languages at home that differ from the dominant language used in their broader social world. That it may create many psycho-social problems among them. Likewise, many types of researches were conducted about problems of these children showed because they don’t have enough language competence in instructional language resulting in academic failure and may induce some psychological problems such as social maladjustment, lack of self-confidence and self-efficacy, stress, anxiety and self- concept. Since language is an important communicative tool and the basis for thinking and while learning plays a significant role in human life, UNESCO is running in the direction of social justice and effective language learning at school UNESCO for performing social and educational justice, points out the advantages of multilingual education in the early years by emphasizing and encouraging mother tongue instruction at early childhood and primary education (UNESCO, ۲۰۱۱). On the other hand, children are the most important asset of any community social development of communities in all aspects of the development of human capital depends. That’s why this paper is to evaluate the effect of education on the psychological characteristics such as self-concept of bilingual language minority children using of library.
