Investigating the causes, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer

Breast cancer is a type of cancer that starts in the breast tissue. The symptoms of this cancer include a lump in the breast, a change in the appearance, small skin depressions, fluid coming out of the nipple, a sunken nipple or red and dry skin (crusted) of the breast in patients with metastasis, bone pain, swelling and enlargement of lymph nodes. Breast cancer cells usually form a tumor, which is usually seen on X-rays or felt as a lump. It is very important to understand that most breast lumps are benign and not cancerous or malignant. Any cancerous mass or changes in the appearance of the breast should be checked by a medical care specialist.
