چکیده مقاله:

In this article, the results of the investigation of the key factors affecting the use of information technology in government organizations and the importance of these factors in various applications of this technology are presented. For this purpose, first information technology and then by presenting evidence of failure and failure in the application of this technology at the level of Iran and the world, the research problem is defined. In the following, the research method is explained and at the end, the findings of this research,which include ۸ main key factors and ۳۴ sub-indices , are presentedIn this article, the results of the investigation of the key factors affecting the use of information technology in government organizations and the importance of these factors in various applications of this technology are presented.
