Contractive mappings and common fixed point theorems in intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces

This paper deals with some issues of common fixed point theory involving two different types of intuitionistic fuzzy contractive mappings. Intuitionistic fuzzy Jungck’s common fixed point theorem (see, [۱]) with respect to contraction defined in [۸] and intuitionistic fuzzy Pant’s common fixed point theorem (see, [۲]) for ψ-φ weakly commuting mappings are proved.
