International challenges on international arbitration awards

International relations today as international transactions are rapidly increasing, the importance and need for effective and up-to-date mechanisms in the resolution of international disputes is growing. International Law provides a framework for resolving and resolving disputes between international actors, which is discussed and examined in the framework of international arbitration. International arbitration refers to the process of resolving and resolving disputes between the main actors of international law. This process is conducted in accordance with the proposals of governments, international agreements, such as the United Nations Convention on the Identification and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitration (the "New York Convention"), but today issues such as use of laws, cultural disadvantages and concerns about the interests of arbitrators have led to concerns regarding the legal practices raised. This article, by analyzing and assisting a library of information on existing practices in international law, has sought to examine and present current challenges and attempt to provide approaches adapted to the conditions and technology of the day .
