Evaluating digital assessment literacy is a fundamental skill for youth and should be considerably assessed, taking into account as knowledge and skills. To this end, the psycholinguistic model (SQ۳R) validated following the structure of the SKILLS model to create assessment tests that measure assessment literacy to complete formal education. This paper presents the results of a process of construct validation conducted by ۸۴ intermediate youth, in a university context. The analysis of the level of agreement among those rating carried out following an original method consisting of determining a quantitative index for the validity of construct and qualitative index for psycholinguistic models. The results allowed us to confirm that the language variation and dialects, literacies in the reference framework Welch and Brown-Forsythe model are correctly represented in the items formulated as a Construct Validation Tool, building a psycholinguistic and one-dimensional line along with items and persons
