Currently, high-rise buildings are widely constructed without considering climatic considerations in design and implementation. The lack of anticipation of design decisions based on climatic needs is one of the main reasons for this, typically resulting in similar designs to mid-rise and low-rise buildings. This is due to the lack of specialized research in the field of architecture with an emphasis on the country's climate. The main objective of this research is to provide climatic frameworks that are effective in the design of high-rise buildings to reduce energy consumption. This study utilizes a descriptive analytical approach with a quantitative perspective, examining seven key indicators, including building form, ratio of open surfaces in different orientations, thickness of thermal insulation, and material of the external glass wall. The results of data analysis indicate that the ratio of open surfaces and the material of the glass have the most significant impact, while the building form has a less significant effect on the research objectives.
