چکیده مقاله:

The concept of justice has always been one of the most important concerns of human beings throughout history, and in this regard, many definitions have been presented for it. Health experts also defined different definitions for the concept of justice in the health system. According to health experts, whenever the difference in health outcomes is caused by a compensable imbalance in the distribution of facilities and in the access of different social groups or different communities, injustice has occurred in health. That is, justice in health happens when all members of the society can maintain their perfect health and in the meantime their economic and social status does not affect their health. In fact, equity in health can be defined as access based on need and payment. One of the most important criteria and indicators for judging the performance of the health system is equality. In fact, the concept of equality is synonymous with fairness and justice. When the concept of justice is raised in the field of health and treatment, its importance for the health of the society doubles. In the health system, the meaning of justice or equality is that all people have the same access to health services or the possibility for all people to use these services in cases of need. Justice in distribution, justice in payment, justice in access, justice in financing are also important indicators for evaluating justice in health. If we define justice in health in such a way that every person should have the right opportunity to achieve health in a potential way and practically no person should be deprived of it, the purpose of this concept means to remove all differences in people's health and to a It is not a level and a quality to deliver it; Rather, factors that are avoidable or inappropriate should be reduced or eliminated. In fact, justice in health means equal access to available care for equal need, equal benefit for equal need and equal quality of care for all.Productivity and justice are central concepts for basic evaluation of health and treatment policies. Considering the works of academic philosophers and economists with complex philosophical opinions, this article identifies the important philosophical questions raised by the concepts of productivity and justice and then briefly deals with their influential answers. Also, promising solutions, especially in the field of justice in health and its vague ethical foundations, have been identified for more philosophical research.
