چکیده مقاله:

Encapsulation is a valuable method used to protect active ingredients and increase their physical and chemical properties. It can also be used as protection against unpleasant aromas and tastes or adverse environmental conditions. Encapsulation has shown effectiveness and versatility in many industries such as food, pharmaceutical and medicine. Encapsulation has various applications in chemistry, which can be used for green chemistry and energy production as a renewable resource, which partially solves the concern of running out of fossil fuels.
