Useful Approaches for Building Trust between Afghanistan and the International Community

This research examines useful solutions for building trust between Afghanistan and the international community. The objective of this study is to identify the best approaches to strengthen Afghanistan's current system in order to establish trust between Afghanistan and world countries, leading to the recognition of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. This research is an applied study in terms of objective and a descriptive research in terms of methodology, with data collected through a mixed-method approach using questionnaires and library studies. Respondents in this research have provided insights on the factors contributing to mistrust, prerequisites of the international community, ways to build trust with the Afghan people and the global community, and useful strategies to gain the trust of the international community for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. The research findings indicate that respect for human rights, combating terrorism and drug trafficking, avoiding extremism, establishing an inclusive government, adhering to international laws and regulations, emphasizing the principle of good governance, preventing arbitrary behaviour within the framework of the system, and implementing absolute amnesty are useful approaches to building trust between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the international community.
