چکیده مقاله:

هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش بینی نگرانی بر اساس سیستم های فعال ساز و بازداری رفتاری، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی در دانشجویان بود. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع بنیادی و به لحاظ نحوه جمع آوری داده ها از نوع همبستگی بود. به همین منظور از میان دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی تبریز در سال تحصیلی ۹۴-۹۳، ۲۰۰ نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. از مشارکت کنندگان درخواست شد که به مقیاس های سیستم فعال ساز و بازداری رفتاری(BAS/BIS)، پرسش نامه تنظیم شناختی هیجان (SERQ)، مقیاس عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی (IUS) و پرسش نامه حالت نگرانی ایالت پنسیلوانیا (PSWQ) پاسخ دهند. برای تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل واریانس و رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که متغیرهای سیستم بازداری رفتاری، راهبردهای منفی تنظیم شناختی هیجان و عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی با نگرانی رابطه مثبت و معنی دار دارند (۰۱/۰> P)، و رابطه راهبردهای مثبت تنظیم شناختی هیجان با نگرانی منفی و معنی دار بود (۰۱/۰> P). این متغیرها در مجموع قادر به پیش بینی ۱/۵۴ درصد از واریانس نگرانی هستند (۰۰۱/۰>P). همچنین رابطه متغیر سیستم فعال ساز رفتاری با نگرانی معنادار نبود. نگرانی با تنوعی از پیامدهای منفی شامل درجه بالایی از واکنش پذیری هیجانی و سبک های تنظیم ناکارآمد مرتبط است. بنابراین، یافته‎های پژوهش حاضر دارای تلویحات عملی در عرصه های بالینی است
