چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study was the effect of ۸ weeks of selected resistance training and citrulline malate supplementation on serum levels of creatine kinase, lactate dehydrogenase, growth hormone and nitric oxide in male bodybuilders in Tehran. There was a test and a post-test. Methodology: The statistical population of ۳۲ people were randomly selected and randomly divided into ۴ groups: ۱: control, ۲: intermittent exercise, ۳: intermittent exercise + supplement, ۴: supplement. The exercise group is eight weeks and every Week three sessions of the strength training program including chest press, chest with dumbbells, front and back arms, barfix, underarm rowing, squats, front thigh and back thigh with the machine, standing leg back, shoulder with barbell from the back and dumbbell shoulder, including the chest muscles, the front of the arm, the back of the arm, the legs and the shoulders. The supplement group consumed ۲ grams of citrulline malate daily in the form of capsules from Seven Nutrition Company with lunch (۲۸). The placebo group consumed ۲ grams of cellulose in the same way as the supplement group. To analyze the data, the analysis of variance analysis with repeated measures was used. ۲x۲ were used. Findings: The results showed that the levels of LDH, GH and nitric oxide changed significantly (p<۰.۰۵), but there was no change in the levels of creatine kinase (p>۰.۰۵). Conclusion: The results of the research showed that citrulline supplementation and resistance training improves the performance of male bodybuilders.
