Making the buildings intelligent, using the existing internal symmetrical pair telephone cables, with no need of the re cabling

The goal of this research is to produce new hardware, software, and algorithm to make the buildings intelligent. Thedeveloped system collects the control, monitoring, and other data and transmits via the existing internal building analog telephonesymmetrical pair cables, and does not need new separate cabling. The data is transmitted via the free upper band of the voicechannel as is done in the ADSL1, but by newly developed equipment, and trends which combines the voice and data together to betransmitted. At the receiver the voice and data are separated. The end user will be satisfied due to the security, controllability, andupgradability of the system with no need of the new cabling.
