چکیده مقاله:
Load shedding has generally been considered as a precautionary remedy when voltage collapse is detected. Besides, Demand Response (DR) brings up customer participation on power system and introduces interactive operation in power system more specifically in smart grid technology. DR can also play an important role when it comes to System Voltage Stability in terms of both security and the economic approaches. In this paper, a market atmosphere is designated in which the DR participants propose maximum share and price for their loads to be shed in emergency situations of voltage security margin depletion. Regarding VSM attained by PV curve analysis, the worst contingency is found for the forecasted network operational point. In order to bring the VSM back to an acceptable value, with considering DR data a call out for participation of demand side is made and the maximum shares and prices of participants are accumulated in a market atmosphere. Since different load patterns construct different Pmax in PV curve, an optimization algorithm is needed to find the optimum Load shedding pattern with an acceptable VSM. In this paper, IEEE 39-BUS power grid is selected as the case study and Genetic Algorithm (GA) is used as tool for optimization.
