چکیده مقاله:

As mentioned at the beginning of this chapter, a person character is unique. But different people have common special personalities. The character of an individual relatively remains constant. Principle of growth and experience factors could change people. As mentioned, Jung believed that individuals in equilibrium with each other taking a different orientation, two types of attitudes: A.) extroversion. B) Introversion. An extroverted person is social and affable that mainly deals with the outside world. While the introverted person usually is taciturn and isolated and more interested in being with himself rather that communicate with others. From the perspective of Jung, introversion and extraversion are inherent characteristic that are risky and can reform during life. In fact, the original self is not fully developed until adulthood. In order to meet the diverse needs of the community and fill numerous gaps feel in our growing community. But this matter is not obtained except by style of increasing knowledge and greater awareness about the needs of students and society. One of the activities necessary to achieve this important is recognition of student interests and their talents and then coordinate them with the needs of society.
