چکیده مقاله:
The Inter-Phase Power Controller (IPC) can inefficiently control the power flow of the transmission line. A novel topology of IPC, called the Static Inter-Phase Power Controller (SIPC), is introduced in this paper. In this topology, the Phase Shifting Transformers (PSTs) are replaced by Voltage Sourced Converters (VSCs). The transient behavior of SIPC is modeled and studied in this paper. The results are compared with the simulation results of IPC and IPFC. It is shown that SIPC has all capabilities of IPC and furthermore, it can regulate its local bus voltage compared with IPFC. The results also reveal that SIPC efficiently increases the variations range of active and reactive powers.
