E-procurement and importance of developing regional shared service center

This paper addresses the e-procurement as a part of e-government services which is relates to business-to-business or business-to-consumer or business-to-government purchase and sale of purchases, work and services via the Internet as well as other information and networks, such as electronic data transaction and initiative resource planning. According to recent preliminary efforts done by the government in Iran, the lack of the studies at least in nationwide, encourages authors to consider this issue and introduce the new Idea of regional service centers. Thus this paper shows the correlative helpfulness of these centers on tenders held by e-government.
