چکیده مقاله:
Information systems make easy collect, process, and store and distribute of information lead to make decision and control on the organization. Information system can be consist information about important people, locations and other important things in the organization. Process mining is young research and connection between data mining and model-driven process management. The goal of process mining is to discover, monitor and improve processes by extracting knowledge from their event logs. Process mining includes process discovery, checking, social network/organizational mining, automated construction of simulation, extension and repair model and prediction. The aims of this paper seek on process mining and provide an overview different process mining algorithms and their challenges.
