Survey path loss and fading in the vehicle communication channel based on Technical Requirements

In this paper, the importance and necessity of implementation of connected vehicle projects is examined and statistical comparison of performed tests on different continents is presented. In order to survey of the vehicular communication channel condition between vehicles and road side equipment's, the technical requirements must be considered.
