The role of Organizational Involvement, Supplier Management, Product Life Cycle and Product Recycle on Green Supply Chain Management in Offshore Industry(Case Study: Iranian offshore Engineering and Construction Company)

The main objective of this research is to identify and prioritize green supply chain management in the offshore industry and subsequently the identification of following indicators has been considered as secondary objective. The study was conducted in three phases. The first phase of this research, to study the research literature and expert opinion in offshore industry, effective factors (25 items) on green supply chain management based on four dimensions organizational involvement, product life cycle, product recycle and supplier management was identified and the first questionnaire was prepared. After data collection and analyzing and determination of population average and indicators importance, 12 items were selected among 25 indicators. In the second phase, based on DEMATEL technique to determine the extent and impact of indicators, cause and effect network identification and locating casual factors of the network were drawn. Finally, in the third phase the results of previous stage, according to ANP technique to determine the priority of indexes other than the preferred ratios to the target, the weight of determined dimensions and indicators and the priorities.The research results suggest that the management of suppliers and the organizational involvement and the employee involvement and supplier identification and evaluation respectively have the maximum weight and paramount importance in offshore industry
