Vibration analysis of Main Mill Electromotor in Momtazan Cement Plant

Growing vibration amplitude of main mill of Momtazan Cement plant is one of main reasons that lead to non-working situation of mill. Practically, malfunction of main mill lead to loose of production so condition monitoring is necessary to predict failures of cement mill. Consequently, vibration analysis has been carried out on main cement mill electromotor of the plant. In this research, vibration of electromotor bearings and gear box are measured. The main reason for this measurement was the increase in vibration after a bearing replacement in Non Drive End (NDE) of the motor.
