چکیده مقاله:

Present research is conducted in order to compare medical students viewpoints of university of medicine about team motivation, enjoyment and participation considering demographic features. This research is operationalfrom objective point of view and is descriptive from gathering and implementing method point of view. Statistical population of this research includes all medical students of university of medicine from 1390 up tonow in Tehran and 326 were selected via Morgan table and simple accidental sampling method. Data gathering tools consists of a questionnaire with 3 variables (team motivation, team enjoyment, team participation) that isprepared by the researcher. Kronbakh Alpha of these variables is 79%, 87% and 78% respectively. IndependentT test is performed to compare averages of two independent groups (for example: girls and boys) from gender and field of study point of view. In order to compare research variables among students from gander point of view, unilaterally variance analysis was used. According to results obtained from research, variance equivalencecondition of the two groups was determined via Loon test. Variable variance equivalence assumption in the twomentioned groups was accepted considering obtained information. Additionally, results showed that there isn’t any meaningful difference in scores’ average of team motivation, team enjoyment and team participation among medical students of university of medicine in Tehran from gender and field of study viewpoint
