چکیده مقاله:
In this paper, relationship of innovation with creativity, relationship of organization environment with creativity and innovation and also relationship of individual and group creativity and innovation with organizational creativity and innovation have been studied and analyzed at the individual, group and organizational levels. Findings of the present study indicate that development of individual skills like any other systematic process, should be continual and gradual and the most important element of this development is the existence of a motivating and favorable environment. In addition, group risk-taking is more than the individual one and this issue can be considered as an advantage for an organization in cases that due to the existence of excessive cautions, manifestation of innovation is prevented. Moreover, group creativity and innovation is not the sum of creativities of group members, however, creative behavior is revealed through the group members and affected by the group demography, group characteristics and processes as well as organization environment conditions, and this is the group that forms behavior of its members and eventually impacts on the organizational creativity and innovation. The important point here is the quality of relational and social context that governs an organization where individuals work, and not the quantity of creativity in it.
