چکیده مقاله:
A high acccurate and low-voltage analog CMO S current divider w hich operates with a single power supply voltage is designed in 0.18µm CM OS standard technology. The propossed divider uses a differential ampllifier and transistoor in triodee region in order to perform the divisiion. The p roposed divider is modeled with neura l network while TLBO algorithm is used to optimize it. The proposed optimization method sho ws a clos e charactteristic to the ideal current-input volttage-output divider behavior over wide input raange. By using the achieved results of the TLBO algorithhm simul ation res ults using HSPIC E shows the maxi mum linearity error less than 0.5% .The total power consumption is below 0.14 mW with a single 1.5 V power s upply. The propose d divider was laid out in standard 0.18µm CMOS technology and shows high line arity .The output voltage offset is less than 3 mV under all situations. The proposeed scheme has pot ential to be employed in modern high-performance low-voltage analog signal processing systems.
