چکیده مقاله:

When tourists visit a country they shall necessarily pay on occasions which will prosper the host s economics. Here, the role of financial transactions becomes ever more prominent. One of the characteristics of our world is its swift change and transformation. With the hit of electronic trade on the net, tourism products are listed among the most traded items. Banks and financial and credit institutions, which are of highest significance as service organizations, influence economic hugely. One way to increase the number of tourists is to create the feeling of satisfaction and contentment in them by using companies which offer diverse services, and an important factor is the quality of communications between these companies and tourists. This task gains more importance when the services get complex or contain a series of transactions such as banking industry and financial services. This paper investigates the influence of electronic service qualities on the satisfaction of tourists both directly and through perceived value.
