چکیده مقاله:

The multi-component reactions (MCRs) are valuable procedure in organic and medicinal chemistry. Chromene moiety is interest nucleus that is existed in different natural product and biological compounds [1]. Chromene and their derivatives have many precious biological properties involving anticancer [2], anti-HIV [3] and antiviral activities [4]. In this research, we investigate an efficient procedure for the synthesis of ‎chromene derivatives ‎in good yield via the reaction of 4-hydroxycumarin 1, dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylate 2, -bromo ketones 3 and triphenylphosphine 4 in the presence of catalytic amount of Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) (15 mol%) under solvent-free conditions at 70 oC. All chemicals used in this work were prepared from Fluka (Buchs, Switzerland) and were used without further purification. We prepared Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) through literature method. The structures of compounds were displayed by IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR and mass spectral data. The structure of nanocatalyst is confirmed by SEM and XRD. In conclusion, the good yield, easy catalyst separation, easy product extraction and clean mixture of reaction are advantages of this Procedure.
