چکیده مقاله:
A new approach was developed for the determination of Cr (VΙ) in water samples using surfactantassistedemulsification microextraction based on the solidification of floating organic drop (SAEME-SFO)followed by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS). Variables affecting the performanceof each step were thoroughly investigated. Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to investigatethe individual effects and possible interactions between the most effective variables, including volume ofextraction solvent, pH, concentration of surfactant and concentration of chelating agent on the enrichmentfactor. The calibration graph was linear in the rage of 0.006-15 μg L−1 With detection limit of 0.002 μgL−1. The enrichment factor (EF) was 420. The method was successfully applied for determination ofchromium ions in different water samples.
