Investigation of a dynamical model of chronic myelogenous leukemia

In this paper, we analyze the mathematical model of Clapp et al. (2015) which presents the dynamics of the interaction between cancer cells and the immune response in chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML). This model is a system of five ordinary differential equations (ODEs) which describes the dynamics of progenitor cells, mature cells, quiescent and cycling stem cells and the dynamics of the immune response. To the best of our knowledge, there is no theoretical study on this model. We investigate the model from the view point of stability theory.
