چکیده مقاله:

The aim of this study using the Blue Ocean Strategy in Mobile Industry under the framework of four proceedings. Research Methodology: The research is descriptive-analytic methods that have been randomly selected for the study variables measuring the questionnaire blue ocean strategy was used in the mobile industry, After distributing 300 questionnaires were returned and analyzed information SPSS21 and LISREL software were analyzed. research findings: The results showed that: In general, the use of blue ocean strategy in the mobile industry based on four action framework functionality and the results of this strategy showed the industry, Variable industry, strategic group, variable group buys, variable domain and functional orientation - emotional and time are the priority, The results also showed that the priorities of constituents and questions related to the components industry is the highest priority components which enhance the credibility or reputation of the company. Other components, component Group strategic product pricing compared to competitors enjoyed the highest priority, Results related to customers; customer satisfaction questionnaire showed that attention and focus on the customer and the lowest priority to the sales department personnel to quickly and accurately understand the needs of customers, The results showed that the quality of product compliance with environmental aspects in products of the highest quality packaging Favorites retailers and shopping centers has the lowest average is in selling services.
