چکیده مقاله:
One way to check the interactions between drug and solventto find the best solvent in pharmaceutical fieldsis volumetric studies. The thermodynamic properties including volumetric properties have been investigated usingdensity measurements at T = (288.15 to 318.15 K) to understand the interactions between the components. Thecalculated thermodynamic parameters values confirm the strong solute – solvent interactions between acetaminophenanddeep eutectic solvent containing choline chloride as hydrogen bond acceptor and malonic acid as hydrogen bonddonor.It seems that these types of green solvents are proper solvents rather than ionic liquids and organicsolvents inpharmaceutical fields.
