Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia presenting with Aplastic anemia,A case report

chronic lymphocytic leukemia is associated with autoimmune cytopenia particularly autoimmune hemolytic anemia , immune thrombocytopenia and rarely autoimmune agranulocytosis and pure red cell aplasia but pancytopenia in the background of CLL is a rare phenomena and only a few cases on the literatures is reported. We present a rare case of CLL presenting with pancytopenia which definite diagnosis of CLL and Aplastic Anemia were confirmed by multicolor flowcytometry and bone marrow biopsy section.Immune pancytopenia is discussed in this section too.
