چکیده مقاله:

Primary stability is one of, is not the most important prerequisites for success of osseointegration. The conventional open flap techniquc for implant sitc preparation allows the surgeon direct visual and instrumental access to create a congruent osteotomy for primary stability. Some new surgical techniques have been suggested as less invasive methods while not endangering the primary stability during the procedure. Minimally invasive implant surgery, commonly referred to as flaplesso implant surgery, was initially embraced by novice implant surgcons duc to the perceived simplicity of this technique. However, the successful use of this approach often requires advanced clinical experience and surgical judgment. Proper case selection should be donc prior to attempting this protocol for implant placement. In its simplest form, flapless surgery involves using a tissuc punch device to gain access to the alveolar ridge for implant placement or abutment conncction. More recent techniques like tunncling technique are also available nowadays. Given these circumstances, rising knowledge of minimally invasive bone management techniques is leading dental implant .surgerics to a new era
