چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim: the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of an elastic training course along with vitamin D on hypoglycemic parameters and lipid profiles of type 2 diabetic women. Methods: 32 women aged 40-55 years with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into four groups: exercise, vitamin D, exercise + vitamin D and placebo (each group was 8). The participants in the training group received 8 non-motile sessions each week and each session 60 minutes in elastic training sessions. The vitamin D supplementation group also received vitamin D supplementation with a dose of 5,000 units per day, and the vitamin D + exercise group received both the above mentioned groups (vitamin D supplements and elastic training). The placebo group used vitamin D instead of vitamin D in the same dose as vitamin D. 24 hours before the first session and 48 hours after the last session, the blood sample was taken at 8 am and in the 12-hour fasting state. Results: The results showed that levels of glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol decreased significantly in both groups of elastic training and elastic and vitamin D training (P <0.05). Vitamin D alone resulted in a significant decrease in glucose and LDL (P <0.05). On the other hand, HDL levels increased only in two groups that did elastic training (exercise and exercise + vitamin D) significantly (P <0.05).Conclusion: Possibly, vitamin D in type 2 diabetic patients has a meaningful effect, which, with the addition of elastic training to it, has a significantly greater effect on these effects.
