Effect of different levels of fish and canola oils on body chemical composition of Oncorhynchus mykiss

چکیده مقاله:

In order to evaluate the effect of different levels of fat intake on the chemical composition of rainbow trout, three diets with different percentages of fish and canola oils and three experimental diets with the same protein level (40%) and fat level of 10%. First ration with 10% fish oil, 2ed ration with 10% canola oil and 3rd with 5% fish oil and 5% canola oil and each with three replicates on 270 fish weighing 10-100 gr in 30 units per test unit for 8 weeks were performed. Protein content using AOAC method, fat using Kinsea method, and also humidity and ash were measured. The results showed that protein, fat, moisture content and carcass ash had no significant difference between treatments (P> 0.05).
