چکیده مقاله:
Anatomic variations in extrahepatic bile ducts is common. Variation is prevalent in extrahepatic bile ducts and understanding these variations is important in surgical issues to prevent of unwanted damage during surgery. The aim of this study was to assess the variations in extrahepatic bile ducts among 150 cadavers located at the Kerman Medicine Organization. We performed our research one 150 cadavers by autopsies. After bile ducts exposed, we studied anatomical variation and diameters in these ducts. In this study, we observed a number of variations in 7 cadavers in the biliary tree (%4.6). In 2 (%1.33) the left hepatic duct was missing and 6 (%4) did not have a common hepatic duct. In 3 (%2) cadavers, the right hepatic duct was absent. In one case the common bile duct was absent. It can be concluded that bile duct variations can be different in variant races and can therefore be important and evaluable.
