Congenital Aneurysm of the RA

Congenital Aneurysm of the RA is a rare cardiac anomaly, with a few reported cases in the literature. Most commonly diagnosed during adulthood. We report this anomaly in a 35 years old man associated with Wolf-Parkinson-White syndrome who underwent successful surgical treatment, the diagnosis was established by enhanced CT-Scan of the chest, Cardiac MRI and Echocardiography. Because of its rare occurrence, diagnosis is difficult and the symptoms may be confused with other causes of RA dilation such as Ebsteine s anomaly.
