Performance Evaluation of supply chain by Network DEA

Efficiency evaluation is an important activity for the survival and growth of any firm. Market globalization has made supply chain management an interesting topic of discussion. There are many studies on supply chain management that focus on efficiency and performance evaluation of supply chain. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) has been widely used to evaluate the relative performance of a set of production processes. So Yang et al. proposed two types of production possibility sets for supply chains. They believed that performance of all divisions insupply chain and the relations of all members are affected by the performance of chain but their model is NLP. In this paper, to overcome this drawback, first a new PPS was introduced, afterward, based on the new PPS, we presented a new model for evaluation of supply chain. The proposal model is extended for VRS technology while Yang s model is not suitable for VRS technology
