Analysis of the Urban Management in Phenomenon of non-official Accommodation in line of Urban Sustenance

The dis-uniform urban expansion in Iran in the last decades, on the one hand, and lack of efficiency in urbanization planning system and weakness of national development planning have resulted in a lot of problems along with our urbanization. The increasing procedure of urbanism in our country have culminated in the rotten management structure and the potential capacities and resources which under capable management can pass through the way from potential to active, lacked the ability of responding to such a colossal mass of difficulties. In this paper, through shortly, it is attempted to show that, how can create and authorize a concrete disciplined urban management to systematize the problem of non-official residing in order to approach a the specialties of a stable and sustained city.
