چکیده مقاله:

Disputes in the construction industry are one of the main obstacles in achieving the goals of a project. Conflict management methods with stakeholders’ participation and by the direction of the stakeholder’s objectives prevent the occurrence or exacerbation of disputes. conflict management is less costly than dispute resolution and is effective in controlling the quality, cost and, time spent on a project. The purpose of this paper is to introduce conflict management techniques that can be effective and assist project stakeholders in achieving project goals in the construction industry. Conflict management techniques combined with quality and comprehensive design drawings and contract specification will provide the project participants with great flexibility to improve communication between project participants, and reduce the potential for disagreements.Of particular importance among the prevention techniques are Partnering, Incentive for Cooperation, Risk Allocation, Stakeholder, Supply Chain Management, Lean Construction, Alliancing, Constructability, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI).
