چکیده مقاله:
the behavior of propagating nonlinear three-dimensional quantum dust ion acoustic solitary waves in a magnetized four component quantum plasma consisting of electrons, positrons, ions and stationary negatively charged dust grains with dust charge variation effect, is investigated using quantum hydrodynamics theory (QHD). By employing reductive perturbation method, a nonlinear Zakharove-Kuznetsov equation is derived which the stationary solution of this equation describes the propagation of solitary waves in this plasma model. In order to exert the effect of dust charge variation, the charging currents of plasma particles are evaluated by using the orbit limited motion theory. Further, the effects of chemical potential, quantum refraction parameter and angle of propagation on the structure of the solitary waves is studied. The current investigation gives a simplified picture to understanding the characteristics of quantum nonlinear structures in superdense astrophysical systems, inertial confinement fusion plasmas, and ultrasmall micro- and nano- electronic devices.
