چکیده مقاله:

The main purpose of this research is to determine the impact of human capital on organizational performance with the mediating role of operational performance in Iran Khodro Diesel Company. This research is quantitative in terms of purpose and is a descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees of Iran Khodro Diesel Company with 460 people who were selected 210 based on Morgan table. The main data collection tools were Amiri Human Capital Questionnaire (2013), Wang et al. (2005) organizational performance questionnaire, and Islamist Operational Performance Questionnaire (2013) with 45 items. Its face and content validity and reliability were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Structural equation modeling and Smart PLS version 2 software were used for data analysis. The research findings showed that human capital had an impact on organizational performance with the mediating role of operational performance in Iran Khodro Diesel Company. Also, human capital has had an impact on operational performance, operational performance on organizational performance and human capital on organizational performance.
