Application of Fuzzy Survival Method to Identify and Rank Executive Barriers of Comprehensive Quality Management in Mirab Tube Toos Company

Comprehensive quality management provides the conditions under which everyone in the organization can strive to achieve customer satisfaction at the lowest real cost. Comprehensive quality management is a philosophy with a scientific perspective that focuses on continuous improvement in companies to deliver value to customers. The purpose of this research is to apply fuzzy surreal method in identifying and ranking the executive barriers of comprehensive quality management in Mirab Tube Toos Company. At first, the components and factors that influence the implementation of comprehensive quality management were extracted by studying the theoretical foundations and reviewing previous internal and external research. These factors were based on a ۵-point Likert scale questionnaire to evaluate their validity. The questionnaire was administered to ۲۰ experts in the Toos Tube Company who are experts in the quality field to assess the importance of each. Some of the indicators were merged and some of the indicators were added to the relevant barriers by experts. The verified indices were fuzzy-weighted using the Savara approach and weighted and ranked. The results show that among the ۱۸ research barriers, the lack of participation and disrespect of the staff with the weight of ۰.۲۸۹۹ was ranked first. The management type with the weight of ۰.۲۱۷ ranks second and the lack of planning and long term policies with the weight of ۰.۱۶۴۲ ranks third.
