چکیده مقاله:

The focus of the present research is on MALL-oriented learning and its role in the improvement of learners’ self-efficacy beliefs. This study examined and compared the effect of individual and collaborative MALL-oriented instruction on learners’ self-efficacy beliefs. The participants of the study consisted of ۶۰ upper-intermediate learners in an English language institute. The subjects were divided into one control and two experimental groups. The Oxford Placement Test was used to check the homogeneity of the participants. The participants were given the pre- and post-tests of self-efficacy questionnaire to investigate the effectiveness of MALL instruction on learners’ self-efficacy improvement. The data were gathered and analyzed through paired-samples t-tests and One-way ANOVAs. The results indicated that there was not any significant difference in learners’ self-efficacy beliefs in collaborative and individual MALL-oriented instruction groups
