بررسی اثر اتخاذ استانداردهای آفلاتوکسین شرکای تجاری بر میزان صادرات پسته ایران

چکیده مقاله:

ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر صادرات پسته به واسطه­ی مزیت نسبی و سهم ایران در بازار بین المللی این محصول بسیار مهم می­باشد. در سال­های اخیر، صادرات پسته با چالش­های زیادی از جمله محدودیت حداکثر مجاز آفلاتوکسین کشورهای واردکننده مواجه شده است. در مطالعه­ی حاضر، ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر صادرات پسته با تاکید بر نقش آفلاتوکسین با استفاده از مدل جاذبه صورت گرفت. برای دستیابی به این هدف، کشورهای اصلی وارد کننده پسته ایران مشخص و داده­های ترکیبی از سال ۱۹۹۰-۲۰۱۷ استفاده گردید. نتایج تخمین مدل جاذبه نشان داد که محدودیت آفلاتوکسین، تولید ناخالص داخلی، جمعیت و مرز مشترک کشورهای واردکننده منتخب اثر مثبت و معنی­داری بر صادرات پسته ایران دارد. نتایج پیشنهاد می­کند که ایران برای حفظ سهم خود در بازار جهانی پسته مجبور به تولید پسته با کیفیت بالاتر و آفلاتوکسین کمتر است که اعمال قوانینی بهداشتی مبتنی بر قوانین بین­المللی در این زمینه می­تواند موثر باشد.
