The inclusion criteria included: the article being Latin and the availability of the full text, and the exclusion criteria included: case report studies. Results: The most common side effect is pain at the injection site, which occurs mostly after the first dose, andstudies have mentioned headache, myalgia, and fatigue as the most common systemic side effects. Nausea, feeling hot, difficulty in breathing, dizziness, and anaphylactic reaction is confirmed, and in another study conducted on HPV vaccine recipients, it was foundthat several of these people had venous thromboembolism, which according to the review Later, it was foundthat all the people studied had the risk factors of this disease. Another issue that some articles have mentionedis the deposition of vaccine aluminum in the ovary, which causes premature ovarian failure, although this issuehas not been proven yet. Conclusion: A review shows that the most common complication is pain, but there is a possibility of other sideeffects, so it is suggested that before the injection, the vaccine injectors provide the necessary training to thepeople about the purpose of the vaccine injection, expected events, and possible side effects. And it is suggestedto continue studying the effect of the HPV vaccine on venous thromboembolism and premature ovarian failure.
