چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the mediating role of the sense of psychological coherence in the relationship between personality traits and job enthusiasm in mining workers. The statistical population included all the employees of the active mines of Mashhad, Rabat Sefid Torbat Heydarieh and Chadar Melo Mine of Yazd, a sample of ۱۰۰ people was selected for this research using the voluntary sampling method and the questionnaires of Antonovsky's psychological cohesion, Utrecht's job enthusiasm and They completed the short form neo personality questionnaire. The results of the research findings showed that psychological coherence plays a mediating role in the relationship between personality traits and job passion. Therefore, it can be concluded that in order to improve the job enthusiasm of working people, especially in hard jobs such as working in mines, in addition to using methods to increase the sense of psychological cohesion, their personality characteristics can also be taken into consideration
