چکیده مقاله:

This study intended to investigate the impact of in-service training courses on teachers’ knowledge at kindergartens and pre-schools affiliated to welfare centers in Dezful, Andimeshk, and Shoush . The statistical population of this study consisted of 108 teachers who were working in kindergartens and pre-schools in Dezful, Andimeshk, and Shoush. All these teachers attended in-service training courses. This group was taken as the statistical sample of the study. In terms of the goal, this research was an applied study and the data were gathered in a quasi-experimental manner. To collect the data, the researchers of the current study designed three tests (pre-test and post-test). To investigate the data, the researchers used multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA). The results of statistical analysis showed that in-service training courses had an impact on teachers’ knowledge at Kindergartens and Pre-schools Affiliated to Welfare Centers in Dezful, Andimeshk, and Shoush
